Return and Exchange Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We offer a wide range of security technology from various manufacturers. Many of these products are standard stock items and many can be customized for your application.

Returning an item requires shipping, inspection, cleaning and repackaging costs to ensure the item is back in stock. Therefore, a minimum restocking fee of 20% will be assessed for standard items in stock. Your credit will also be deducted from the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost. The expedited fee is non-refundable. Products that have already been installed cannot be returned.

Goods can only be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Tailored and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable. We want to work closely with you to make sure your custom product is designed to your specifications from the ground up so we can deliver great results for you and your business.

Shipping and delivery damage

ALWAYS CHECK THE CONTENTS OF YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING! NEVER ACCEPT DAMAGED BOXES FROM THE CARRIER. We take due care to ensure that your items are properly packaged to withstand shipping. Do not accept the shipment from the carrier if you find obvious damage during transportation! Cardboard boxes should be opened and inspected for internal damage. We recommend taking a photo and rejecting the product if it is damaged. If damage is detected, contact us immediately.

Warranty period

Our products are made by a variety of manufacturers and designed for different uses and environments, but all of our products come with a standard limited warranty. The OEM warranty applies to the specific product requested. For specific warranty periods and questions, please CONTACT US via e-mail.
